Some suggested routes for a custom tour:
Belves and the Dordogne
106km (66mls)

The route starts off mostly flat to warm up but soon becomes undulating with a few steep hills that give you wonderful views across the valleys and beyond. Youll get a great taste of this unspoilt area of south-west France as we ride through pretty, sleepy villages, alongside the river Dordogne and past the spectacular, historic riverside settlement of La Roque Gageac carved into the rocky hillside.

St Cirque Lapopie 120km (74mls)

The pretty village of Saint-Cirq Lapopie (14th century) is perched on a cliff 100 m (330 ft) above the river east of Cahors and is one of the major beauty spots of the Lot valley. Cycle along quiet backroads to reach it and then wind our way back via the Celle valley returning via Labastide Murat as we climb north towards the Causse de Quercy.

The Lot Valley 93km (58mls)

Explore the winding River Lot west of Cahors. Snake along the river and among the AOC Cahors vineyards, passing through a variety of small villages - all of which have bars where we can stop for a coffee or a cool beer for a breather. Take a couple of nice steep climbs - up to Belaye and Albas and enjoy breathtaking views across the valley from the top. Then it's off to Puy LEveque, ancient port and mediaeval town, for a lunch stop, after which we'll take the rest of the afternoon to cycle back via the gentle inclines of the Bourianne to Mas de Flory and another fantastic meal!

Enchanting Rocamadour

Cycle across the wild and rugged Parc Regional du Causse de Quercy to amazing Rocamadour, one of Frances most popular tourist attractions. A lovely, challenging route with some steeper winding uphills followed by spectacular sweeping downhills. A breathtaking and exhillarating ride.
Cycle Sportive

Perhaps the most popular "small" sportive is the Velotoise.

We are offering a 5 night break in August based around our local cyclosport event.
La Vélotoise takes place on the 3rd Sunday of August with a choice of 50, 100 or 130 km circuits around Figeac in the eastern Lot.

Arrive at our base on Friday evening, enjoy relaxed cycling on Saturday, take part in the cyclosportive on Sunday, then enjoy a couple more days of exciting cycling through beautiful countryside to round off your holiday before returning home on Wednesday.

This is a small group holiday with a maximum of 8 participants
