Ice cream fest

Ice cream fiend Richard is arriving soon for a couple of weeks visit so I thought I’d better get prepared – as well as use up some of our fresh egg glut (we can only manage so many omlettes!)

So 15 egg yolks and 1.5 litres of double cream later… et voila!

From left to right: Espresso, Irish whiskey and speculoos biscuits; sea salted caramel chocolate;  white chocolate and raspberry meringue.

Will have to try hard not to eat them all (John!) before he arrives!

Next on the menu – a gigantic Pavlova with the 15 whites!!
