Unknown Vegetables in Bergerac?
While waiting for guests to arrive at Bergerac airport we visited Grand Frais a large upmarket super-marché with lots of different fruit and veg.
Two in particular I had never heard of pictures below:
Manioc from Africa or the far east?
Igname – what is it?
Any ideas how to prepare and cook?
