  • The Food on Your Cycling Holiday

If food is an important element in the enjoyment of your holiday then we promise you won't be disappointed when you stay with us!

We're passionate about food - planning, shopping, growing, cooking and especially eating it!

We try to source all our ingredients locally, from markets, farms and merchants, as well as our own garden and hens, so that we can offer you the real taste of the ‘terroir’ and French regional cuisine at its seasonal best.

    Breakfast

Every morning we'll provide a fantastic fresh spread of crusty baguettes, croissants, pains au raisins, fresh fruit and juice, yogurt and home-made jams.

    Dinner

Each evening at Mas de Flory you'll enjoy a delicious 4 course meal freshly prepared from top quality produce.

There's an aperitif to start with; plentiful, good AOC Cahors wine to accompany your meal and a digestif is offered with your coffee - probably with some nice dark chocolate too!

For lunch we leave you free to choose  - a snack at one of our suggested venues en route or maybe stop at a market and buy some fresh bread, cheese and fruit for a picnic by the river.
